OAKS WARNING!!!!!!!!!!!
Today a very large 6'+ White Male approximately 40 years of age approached some residents in the Oaks stating his car was broken down on the next street over and he needed to borrow $12.00 to help him pay the mechanic. He was armed with information regarding the residents he visited. If you run across this individual call Santa Paula Police Department Immediately!

This just goes to show that Neighborhood Watch can work.
IT's OK the $11.00 bandit made a huge mistake and came to my house. He was arrested......... so he will not be around for a while.
